Today i'll show you how to solve AMD Adrenaline software eating your CPU
to do this you'll need a software called 'ProcessMonitor' you can get it from the official Microsoft docs below :
Make sure that Radeon Software is running in the background then fire up 'ProcessMonitor' as administrator ,use the filter to filter all other programmes
you'll find that Radeon software trying to find a steam game folder (in my case) that you had before and deleted
delete the folder or download the game ,and then restart Radeon software this should solve the problem
but if not delete steam from Radeon main screen (if you have it) and then delete the game from your steam library,restart Radeon software and you should be good
